This research paper investigates the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the public sector, exploring its capacity to revolutionize governmental services. It explores a range of approaches in which AI can be leveraged to enhance government services, including the automation of processes, augmentation of decision-making processes, and facilitation of improved data accessibility.
